Early in the morning, we pick up our guests from their local hotels and bring them to our flight area, and complete the basket distribution while offering them tea, coffee, cookies, etc. Then we go to the departure area we determined for that day. When we reach the take-off area, we give the passengers a safety briefing while the final preparations for the balloons are made, and then we board the baskets and take off.
